When in a pose of stillness, what shows up?
When in a pose that causes discomfort, where does your mind go?
What motivates you to go deeper? To back off of a pose? To stay where you are?

As a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200/PRYT), Miriam Fasoli invites yogis to listen and deepen their breath so that they can connect to their bodies. She teaches Vinyasa, Pre-/Post Natal, and Yin & Restorative Yoga, and considers herself a Process Yoga Teacher. She invites students to notice the process of their yoga practice. Looking within is not an easy task; especially when you look inside and may not like what you see -- whether it be discomfort, frustration, boredom. Miriam invites you to journey within, and connect with your breath and your body.
